Dan Wesson will release a new Elite Series handgun in 2014 called Chaos. The Chaos will be a 1911-style 9mm pistol developed specifically for competition. The gun will use 21 round, double-stack magazines. The expected MSRP of the Chaos pistols is $3,829.
Chaos guns will be hand-built with a match trigger and fiber optic sights.
The gun sounds like it will be very similar to the company’s Mayhem, which is a .40 S&W competition pistol at close to the same price ($3,899.) While specifications on the Chaos have not been released, the specs for the Mayham (6″ bull barrel, 51 oz weight, G10 grips) are likely similar.
